Signature created my dream loft, making use of every inch of space to create an elegant continuation of my period home. Sean honed every detail, handmaking banisters to match my originals and sourcing reclaimed roof tiles that perfectly matched my existing! He kept my neighbours up-to-date at every stage, ensuring good relations were maintained– I will always be grateful for their kindness and unfailing co-operation.
ALAN & JULIE, NEWBUILD DEVELOPMENT
We bought a house and plot of land as an investment opportunity, appointing Signature to project manage. With Sean’s guidance we not only converted the house into apartments, but obtained planning permission for 2 further properties on what was a very difficult site: Signature dealt with everything, even managing to get a planning refusal reversed! Sean and his team are one-offs – dealing with unexpected events with a smile and a can-do attitude minimised hassle and worry for us.

During the extensive restoration of our period listed house, Sean has proved far more than just a builder: his combination of craftsmanship, building knowledge & artistic insights gave us the confidence to really explore the limits of our project. Sean helped us develop sympathetic solutions to the build – even finding beautiful features for us at the local salvage yards on his days off! The team’s work has been nothing short of master-craftsman quality and materials used were top notch, tackling extensive groundworks, roofing, a full electrical rewire, bathrooms & even a new set of stairs! All work was undertaken by Sean’s team (no arguing with other tradesman), a pleasure to work with!
SIMON & JESS KITCHEN RENOVATION
Sean guided us through the kitchen design process making suggestions and recommendations no other kitchen designer had made! His knowledge and experience made the whole process so simple, overcoming many hurdles along the way. The team were always prompt, reliable, professional and very courteous, guiding us through their work each day. Our finished kitchen is immaculate, Sean’s work speaks for itself.
ELEANOR, LANDSCAPING PROJECT
Sean and his team have been invaluable. They completed extensive landscaping work to make safe an unstable wall at the end of my garden, built some attractive buttresses and rearranged the ground behind the wall to make a lovely seating area for me. I was delighted that Sean managed to save a favourite rosebush of mine and move it to another area of the garden where it is flourishing! I am often away, and I trust Sean implicitly with the keys to my home. One of his key strengths is his communication – he always provides sound advice: a close friend recommended Sean to me and I am very glad she did!
