Our clients were looking to extend their downstairs living space with a single storey extension but were looking for guidance on what could be achieved. They were keen on a clean, modern look but had no architect drawings just some sketches and images of what they liked, so Sean liaised closely with them and the local Building Inspector to ensure their ideas came to life and all Building Regulations were complied with. They settled on Cedral Cladding for the exterior with a 20-year guarantee, Crystic rubber membrane on the flat roof  and two flat roof skylights to bring some light to the living space at the back of the house. Sean also incorporated an 800mm porch overhang to the roof to provide some shelter, with some downlights to light up the area at night. The result is a smart, modern addition to a lovely family home.
