Signature were commissioned to build two houses on a difficult city centre site, but the whole project was put into jeopardy with the discovery of a main sewer pipe, undisclosed on any map, directly where the new raft foundation was to be built. The build had to be stopped whilst the pipe was investigated – a lengthy process requiring legal contracts and indemnities – but Signature managed the situation and dealt with everything for their client, ensuring the project was back on track and completed as quickly as possible.
