Our client purchased a house and plot of land as an investment opportunity, appointing Signature to project manage the development for them. Sean guided them through the complex planning process, obtaining permission for two newbuild properties (even getting an initial refusal reversed!) on what was a very difficult site. Dealing with tricky planning conditions and unexpected events like the discovery of a hidden main sewer pipe, whilst minimising the disruption for the client, ensured the project was a success.
