These clients had purchased a large house in the city centre and were looking to convert it into two apartments. They wanted to add contemporary elements to the interiors but enhance the period features of the old building. Signature managed the whole project from arranging planning permission and designing the conversion, through to the finer touches of decoration. The house had to be completely gutted, a scary prospect for some builders, but Signature embraced the challenge, rebuilding the house from the bare walls and producing two beautifully finished, stunning apartments.
