This client required a swift refurbishment of a run-down flat to accommodate new tenants. The brief was to look at the flat with fresh eyes, and create a new layout to make best use of the space, encompassing an electric boiler to provide hot water storage. The resulting flat offered low maintenance, contemporary accommodation for both the tenant and landlord.
