We helped our client, a foster carer, take more children into her home with a significant and sympathetic loft extension. The construction of a new loft floor below the existing, provided the head height needed to create two double bedrooms, an ensuite, a second family bathroom and more storage space. The use of reclaimed materials and traditional building techniques ensured the new hip-roof dormer window and staircase blended into the existing roof. All with minimal impact on the house and its surrounding properties.
